| 7 axed 2 arrested with 100 bags of govt cement | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 12 Jammu Police arrested two people along with 100 bags of cement bags pf Public Welfare Department (PWD) which were being smuggled for selling them in black-marketing, sources here today said. Police said that a contractor of PWD, among two people, were arrested yesterday for smuggling 100 bags of cement, which were being smuggled for selling them in black market. The arrested contractor was identified as Subash Chander, resident of Old Satwari, and the driver of the trolley Kala Ram of Bhour Camp while the PWD store keeper was still at large, they added. A case has been registered against them and investigations are in progress.
