| HC stays selection/engagement of ReT as Teaching Guides | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 12: In two identical writ petitions challenging the selection/engagement of three ReTs as teaching guides on various ground, Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing has ordered that the appointment of Ruheena Bano shall be subject to the outcome of the main petition and the selection of Shanaza Bano and Zareefa Bano shall remain stayed.
The Court also issued notice to State of J&K through Chief Secretary, Secretary School Education Department, Director School Education Jammu, Chief Education Officer Kishtwar, ZEO Marwah and private respondents returnable within four weeks with the direction to the registry to list after four weeks.
