| Army commanders brief JK Governor | | | Early Times Report

Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra was today briefed on the security situation in the State by the senior army officers here.
Official sources said the Army Commander, Northern Command, Lt Gen B S Jaswal, called on Mr Vohra at Raj Bhavan here.
He was accompanied by Corps Commander, 15 Corps, Lt Gen Bikram Singh.
During the meeting, the army commanders briefed Mr Vohra on the measures taken to foil infiltration attempts from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
He was also briefed on the overall internal security situation in the state.
This was Lt Gen Jaswal's first meeting with the Governor after taking over as Army Commander, Northern Command
