| Bharat scouts, guides team won trophy | | |

Jammu, Oct 13: The J&K state Bharat scouts and guides won a rolling trophy and a shied at a function organized on the birthday of Mahatama Gandhi, celebrated as anti leprosy day at New Delhi.
Himanshu Saraswat, students (scouts) of Sai Montessori higher secondary school New Plot, Jammu along with guide captain Shelly Jolly participated in the said competition held at Delhi from J&K.
In the function Himanshu, scout put up remarkable display of his being Gandhi and looked like real Gandhi because of his speech, resemble to Gandhi dress and over all presentation and brought laurel to J&K state by getting first position in the competition, all over India.
He won rolling trophy for J&K Bharat scouts and guides and one trophy and a camera valued Rs. 10,000/-. Beside a shield was also presented to Shelly Jolly, escort guide and captain.
