| Sanskrit group song competition | | Students of Jodhamal School won first prize | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 13: The students of Jodhamal School won first prize in Sanskrit group song competition held a government women college which was organized by the Bharat Vikas Parishad. With this won the school team will represent J&K state at national level competition held at Kanpur.
Student who took part in the competition are Manik Mohan Vaid, Kimti Manawa, Harsimran Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Shamma Zohra, Harnam Kour Anand, Ullas Mahajan, Ayaz Khan and Nandini Kapoor.
The teacher incharge Poonam Mahajan accompanists flutiest Rakesh Anand and tabla master Vijay Anand trained the students.
As per press release last year also the Jodhamal School won North Zone and Cultural zone competition of Bharat Vikas Parishad National group song competition held at Bhubaneshwar (Orissa).
