During a surprise visit six Dhaba owners were booked and a fine of Rs.2,450 was realized from them by a team of CAPD officials led by TSO, Batote, Abdul Rasheed Ganai under the supervision of the Dy.Director,CAPD, Mushtaq Ahmed.
During this surprise checking in the markets of Assar and Baggar (Ramgarh) today and fined the violators for not displaying the rate lists, overcharging and using domestic LPG cylinders instead of the Commercial LPG cylinders. The inspection team had included the cops from the Police station, Assar. All the shopkeepers and the Dhaba owners were issued strict warnings to display the rate lists, charge from the customers as per the rate list and also to always use commercial LPG, cylinders.
