| Choudhary brothers file bail application in High Court | | Amandeep murder case | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 14- In the much publicized murder case of Amandeep Singh, the three alleged accused Rakesh Kumar, Choudhary Nagar Singh alias Nago and Choudhary Ujjagar Singh sons of Koula Ram today filed pre bail applications in the State High Coaurt. The bail application filed through Advocate Ahtisham Bhat seeking direction to the SIT through DIG Farooq Khan Jammu-Kathua Range for releasing the petitioner on bail forthwith in the event of their arrest in connection with FIR No 247/2009 of P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu for offences U/Ss 302/34/201/109/120-B RPC r/w section 3/25 Indian Arms Act. In another bail application filed by three brothers in the Court of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu u/s 497-A Cr PC, the Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu RK Kotwal ordered Special Investigation Team to file report on October 19, 2009. The appellants seek release on bail in connection with FIR No 275/2009 of P/s Gandhi Nagar Jammu for offences u/ss 5(2) PC Act 2006 r/w section 161/165-A RPC. In the meanwhile an application for grant of bail in FIR NO 247/2009 pending before the Principal Sessions Judge Jammu was adjourned today as the SIT had not filed the report. The Principal Sessions Judge Jammu BL Bhat adjourned the case for tomorrow. Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu YP Bourney has directed the investigating agency to file objections on October 16 on the bail application of Sarwer Hussain Bhukhari and Constable Raj Singh. JNF
