| College teachers asso condemn plus & Lecturers statement | | |

Jammu, Oct 14: A strong resentment have been expressed by the college teachers association (CTA) against the statements issued by the plus – 2 lecturers forum against the college teachers.
President of teachers association Dr. Sanjay Verma while addressing the meeting of presidium of college teachers here today said that the campaign started by then against the college teachers vis-à-vis for appointment of college teachers in the board of school education. He said it has been the past practice that college teachers in the grade of principals are being appointed in the Board in various capacities and till now, because of their integrity, stature and dedication, the board of school education has achieved long strides towards excellence. He said that the college teachers should be appointed in the flying squad teams and as head examiners in the plus -2 board examinations as has been the past practice so as to improve the quality of plus-2 board examinations and bring credibility to school education.
Dr. Sanjay Verma, Dr. Sudanshu Sharma, Dr. Satinder Kour, Dr. Sunil Gupta, Dr. Anil Ganjoo, Dr. Attar Singh, Prof. Hans Raj, Prof. Rajesh Gupta, Prof. Narayan Dutt, Prof. Karan Singh Bhau and Prof. Vishal Sharma attended the meeting.
