| FIR lodged against 6 persons who manhandled DC, ACG Jammu | | |

Mean while Bakshi Nagar police have lodged FIR against six persons involved in manhandling with DC Jammu MK Devidi and Additional Commissioner General Jammu,Rohit Khajuria. The manhandling incident occurred when on 9 October both top job officers visited to Rajneesh’s residence to offer condolence. As per sources FIR 174/09 under section 147, 148 and 353 RPC, has been lodged against six persons involved in manhandling and is ready to launch manhunt to arrest the culprits. Most of them have political back ground. Sources also claimed their names as Surinder Choudhary, Surinder Sharma, Sunil Dimpal, Rajesh Sharma, Sanjay Kumar and Ambedkar Kumar. |
