Jammu, Oct 15: Twenty quintals of spurious khoa packed in 32 bags was seized by the team of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) at railway station here today. Khoa was packed in 32 bags.
Keeping in view the ensuing festival, JMC has launched a special drive to apprehend shopkeepers found selling of spurious milk, sweets etc. The chairman of JMC public health and sanitation committee Satish Sharma has asked the officers to keep vigil on adulterated items. Corporations have appreciated the step taken by the JMC.
