JAMMU, OCTOBER 15 Government has posted Pradeep Kumar, ass Private Secretary to the Governor vice Hashmat Ali Khan. Pradeep Kumar was working as Deputy Director in Directorate of Consumes Affairs and Public Distribution, Jammu prior to this posting.
