| Defending Nago professional call for me: Goni | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 16- Refuting the allegation of National Conference’s interference in the investigation of Amandeep Murder case, Political Advisor to the party president and Union Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Mohammed Aslam Goni has said that Nagar Singh case is just a professional call for him.
“I am a lawyer by profession and Nagar Singh’s case is professional call and being a criminal lawyer I couldn’t refuse to brief it”, said Goni while talking to media persons at the sidelines of the function held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan Jammu today.
“It’s a normal case for me and my job and duty is to argue over which party has nothing to do”, he said and adding, “suppose I am leaving this, Ram Jaithmalani or Arun Jaitley take it then you can say this and that party is interfering which is totally wrong”.
“I am not the person to decide or announce the judgment in this case, my work is to argue, brief the court which I have to do”, Goni added.
