Jammu and Kashmir police claimed to have seized 75 liters of high speed illegal diesel from a shopkeeper in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here today.
Acting on a tip off, police raided the shop of one Ishfaq Ahmad Rather at Delina in Baramulla, they said.
During the search, police found 75 litres of diesel which was later seized.
Earlier, hundreds of litres of petrol and diesel were seized by the police, particularly in Bandipora, Kupwara and Baramulla districts, they added.
