| Remove anomalies in SRO-93 demands JKL ministrial asso | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 19: All Jammu Kashmir Ladakh Ministrial Association of PDD have urged upon the chief minister, Omar Abdullah to intervene personally and ensure that all the anomalies in the SRO-93, are removed so that the clerical cadre are benefited optimally from the implementation of 6th pay commission in Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a meeting of association activists here today the association chief coordinator Ravi Razdan urged CM to consider removal of anomalies in the said SRO to satisfy clerical cadre. He demanded that the arrears on account of 6th pay commission implementation be released in two installments. Razdan pleaded that all the allowances and perks which have been made available to the central government staff under the 6th pay commission report like 20% HRA, release of DA installment from July last, children education allowances, transport allowance, LTC and Bonus be also provided to the state government employees so that they could also be brought at par with their central counterpart. Pleading the cause of daily rated workers, Razdan emphasized for their time bound regularization. He said their economic conditions are very tough due to non-payment of their wages in time which calls for taking immediate measures for improving their working conditions. Pran Koul, Om Prakash and others also spoke on the occasion.
