Jammu, Oct 20: Aashraye a residential facility for senior citizens celebrated its fourth foundation anniversary here the other day.
Speaking on the occasion, Jt. Registrar, University of Jammu PK Koul who was chief guest praised the bee enn charitable trust for initiating much needed facility of Jammu. He applauded the management for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere where senior citizens can receive proper care and dignity that they deserve.
While addressing managing trustee of the trust said that the idea of setting up this niche for senior citizens was originally conceived, in 2005.
He said Aashraye, being managed by trust, provides 24 hour medical support in addition to the boarding and lodging facility for its residents. He emphasized that the motto of trust is to provide a complete home to senior citizens where they can live with total peace and dignity.
