| Charan Dass takes oath as President Billawar MC | | |
JAMMU OCT-02-Charan Dass Gupta of Congress Party who was elected as President Municipal Committee Billawar was administered oath at an impressive function today.
Minister of State for Finance Prem Sagar Aziz was the chief guest.
Among others present on the occasion included Charan Jeet Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Baldev Singh ex-MLA besides a large number of his supporters and party activists.
