DODA, OCTOBER 20 District Development Commissioner, Doda has informed that since the widening of National Highway at Assar is near completion and therefore one way traffic will be allowed to ply at the Assar stretch form 21st of October, 2009 onwards.
As per the communication from Officer Commanding GREF, the traffic will be allowed to ply turn by from one way to and fro.
