Almost all the sweet shops and other shops have employed the minor children for low wages as the parents of these unfortunate are poor and also force their children for laborer. The employers of these innocent children not only openly violate the rule of law but also force these children to suffer physically, mentally and socially. Officers at the helm of affairs seem to have failed totally to have a check on the menace. So, the growing problem in Kathua should be dealt seriously by the Labor department to secure the future of innocent children of the area.
