Jammu, Oct 21: In connection with Diwali festival, Adbi kunj organized a special literary cum poetic meet which was presided over by Jaswant Singh a well known social activist and literary figure while Rajkumari Sehgal a well known poetess was the chief guest.
At the outset Sham Talib, president Adbi Kunj complimented all the participants on the auspicious occasion of the festival of lights. This was followed by the prose session in which Muni Lal Puri, Tayyab Bharti and Sehgal read their write-ups relating to the significance of religion and spirituality.
In the poetry session those who read their poems, bhajans and songs included Prof. Ved Prakash, Tayayab Bharti, Maharaj Krishen, Anirudh Kapil, KL Duney Deewana, Dr. Ram Pal Sharma, Ayodhya Rani Gamkhwar, Rajiv Kumar, Rajeshwar Bhakri, MS Kamra, Muni Lal Puri, Jaswant Singh, Rakesh Kumar Sarkar and Sham Talib.
The meet concluded with vote of thanks presented by Anirudh Kapil.
