| AIF concerned over strike of medicos | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Oct 22 Expressing concern over crippled health care system due to ongoing strike of medicos in J&K, All India Youth Federation J&K State Committee asked the state government to take measures to end health care crises in the state. Addressing media persons here today, Rakesh Sharma, general secretary, AIYF has voiced deep concern over the situation arising out of Medico’s strike on account of which general masses are suffering a lot. He urged upon the committee members of recently constituted by Chief Minister to find out a amicable solution within parameters in order to solve the problem of the Medicos and save the common masses from further undue harassment. Sharma also expressed deep anguish over the prolonged struggle launched by SRTC employees regarding their genuine demands and lambasted the Govt for its failure to find out a solution to the demands of SRTC employees. He further said that the Govt failed to solve the problems of common masses. He demanded due representation to the Youth of Jammu region in employment sector and accused the State PSC for becoming a tool in the hands of the Govt in the matter of selection and also condemned the pro-Kashmir approach of the State PSC. Sharma also disclosed that six delegates from J&K State are going to take part in All India Youth Federation 50th Anniversary which is stated to be organized in New Delhi on 26-28th October 2009.
