| Villagers of Nai, Chagnoo, Padra demands road connectivity | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 22: The president tehsil Thatri development front Kuldeep Kumar Rao has alleged that the R&B authorities which conducted the survey report has recommended direct road link between Punaja and Bhalara and completely neglected villages Nai, Chagnoo and Padra which are without any road connectivity. He said village Nai which is having post office and dispensary besides having more than 50 households, is ignored in terms of road connectivity by the authorities. Rao urged the government that the survey of Kahara-Jai road beyond Halaran which is being conducted by some vested interest and are trying to mislead the authorities by changing the original survey to touch Joura Khurd from Halaran. It is not a survey of Kahara-Jai road but of Kahara-Joura Khurd road which must be rejected and a link to Joura Khurd be given from Joura Kalan and survey is totally faulty and against the norms. Rao has appealed to chief minister and the R&B minister to personally intervene in the matter so that injustice shall not prevail and funds allotted are not misappropriated.
