| HC directed PSC to permitted petitioner in interview | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, October-23 (JNF):- Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today in a petition filed by Shivani Jamwal seeking direction to PSC to allow him to participate in the interview process for the post of lecturer in sociology, ordered that petitioner shall be permitted to participate in the interview process for lecturer in sociology stream which has already started and is to be concluded by tomorrow i.e. October 24, 2009, on her own risk and responsibility, Court restrained the PSC from declaring the result of the petitioner till further orders.
Justice Virender Singh after hearing Adv Rajeev Kumar Sharma appearing for the petitioner who projected urgency for taking up the matter out of turn, Court heard the matter and issued notice to the respondents’ returnable within four weeks along with above said direction. JNF
