Rajouri-Poonch Districts referred more than 400 cases to Mega Lok-Adalat

Jammu, Oct 24: Districts Rajouri & Poonch referred 336 cases Civil, Criminal, Traffic and Labour Laws whereas 94 cases of MACT Cases were referred to Mega Lok Adalat which commenced from October 26, 2009.
This was disclosed by Principal District & Sessions Judge Rajouri SS Sarangal who is also Chairman District Legal Service Authority and said that besides the MACT, Civil and other criminal cases involving petty offences are to be settled in the Mega Lok-Adalat. Meetting was attended by Sanjay Parihar Additional Sessions Judge Rajouri who is acting as coordinator of Mega Lok-Adalat for Poonch and Rajouri Districts and Khalil Choudhary CJM Rajouri a coordinator brought to the notice of chairman about the cases would be taken-up for settlement in Mega Lok-Adalat to be held in various Courts of District Rajouri between October 26 to October 31, 2009.
