| JJSF alleges discrimination, constitutes various bodies | | | Early Times Report Jammu: Jammu Joint Students’ Federation (JJSF) held a meeting with the students of G.G.M. Science College Evening College at G.G.M. Science College. The meeting was chaired by Partap Singh Jamwal (State Vice President JJSF). In the meeting Partap said that Govt. had announced a package of 1000.00 Crore Rupees for Kashmir valley and Jammu Province was not given any package. In this reference Jammu Province was again being financially ignored. Also packages were sanctioned for the development of Dal Lake while as no such funds were sanctioned for development any tourist place at Jammu Province, particularly the artificial lake in Tawi river. Partap also announced the unit of G.G.M. Science Evening College of JJSF State President Pushvinder Singh Manhas. Rohit Wali was declared as the President of the College. Sumny Talashi was also appointed as the Incharge of Girl’s Wing of Science College. Other elected members are Sheikha Koul, Seema Pandita, Madhu Saini, Monika Sharma (All appointed as Secretaries) Manisha Kumari, Karamjeet Kour, Sonika Gupta, Pooja Pandita, Ruchi Gupta (Gen. Secretaries). From the boys Wing Umesh Sharma (Vice President), Gourav Kapahi (Working President), Narotam Singh, Ajay Kumar, Navneet Singh, Tarun Kanotra, Rohit Bhat (All Secretaries) Arif Khan, Nitin Gupta, Vikrant Sharma, Tarandeep Singh, Arshad Ahmed, Varun Sharma, Mohd. Ashraf (General Secretaries). On the occasion Mr. Rohit said that JJSF workers are working for the benefit of the region and also will work for the welfare of student community. Other JJSF leaders who were present Sahil Choudhary, Anil Sharma, Abhay Sharma, Sumit Dogra, Rakesh Chib, Umesh Sharma, etc.
