| Lions Club installs various clubs at different location | | |

Jammu: A Joint installation ceremony of 'Region VlIl held at Jammu Lions of Jammu & Kashmir Region organised a major and impressive installation ceremony at Jammu. Presidents, Lions Club Jammu Royal, Lions Club Kathua Supreme, Lions Club Kathua Royal, Lions Club Mira Sahib Gaurav, Lions Club of Vijaypur Gaurav were installed by presidents of their respective clubs.
Lion Rajesh Gupta and Lion Neeraj Tandan were master or ceremony of the function. Lion Rajeev Kukreja was chief guest on the occasion and Lion J.B Singh Chowdhary was installation officer. Lion Dr. Mohinder Lion Harish Banga, the Vice Dist. Governors were guest of honor.
In the opening remark Lion Sanjeev Soni, Deputy District Governor welcomed the entire guests and highlighted the various projects undertaken by the eight different clubs of the region. He also thanked all club members for this joint venture and requested them to work together. Lion Parneesh Mahajan read out secretary report on behalf of all the Lions Club.
Lions J.B. Singh Chowdhary, former District Governor and Ambassador or goodwill installed Lion Amit Jandial, Lion Dr. Vikas Gupta, Lion Surinder Singh, Lion Rameshwar Singh Manhas as presidents of Lions Club.
Lion Dr. Mohinder Singh and Lion Harish Bagga also spoke on the occasion.. Later lion Sanjay Nagpal presented vote or thanks to every one present on the occasion. A cultural programme was also organised and prize distribution function was held for fund raising.
