| Estates employees demands mitigation of grievances | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 27: The executive members of estates employees welfare association in a meeting held under the chairmanship of S. Jasbinder Singh, vice president of the association discussed various issues of the employees while speaking in the meeting he said that on spot inspection of the sites was conducted at various places where all the technical and non technical staff was soon engaged in their routine duty for smooth functioning of the darbar move offices. He further said that the employees to not want strike or dharnas on the occasion of darbar move. He further said that some of the demands have been considered and some are pending for consideration of the authorities. He said some selfish employees of the department are creating hurdles by going on tool down strike for their vested interests and pressurize the higher authorities to do as they want. Urging the higher authorities for mitigating the grievances of the employees by conceding to their demands so that all the deserving employees are benefited according to rules and qualification. Prominent among others who were present in the meeting includes were Satnam Singh, Sushil Kumar, Hansraj, SS Chohan, Kewal Krishan, Radha Krishan, Ram Pal, Rashpal, Tilak Raj, Balvinder Kumar, Satish Kumar Tarseem Lal, Subash Chander, Arun Dogra, Ramesh Kumar, Ravi Kumar, Girdhari Lal, Raju and Davinder Singh.
