| Army School Akhnoor qualifies for CBSE National Volleyball Tournament | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 27: Army School Akhnoor secured second position in the CBSE Cluster XIII
Volleyball Tournament held at Gian Jyoti Public School Phase 2- Mohali. Thirty- three
teams from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Jammu and Kashmir
took part in the tournament. The Army School Aknoor team qualified for CBSE National
Volleyball Tournament scheduled to be held at Gobindgarh Public School Mandi
Gaobindgarh Punjab from December 13-17, 2009.
For the first time a team from Jammu and Kashmir will be participating in the CBSE
National level volley tournament.
Chairman Army School Akhnoor Brig Sudhir Lanba and Principal KCS Mehta
congratulated the team and coaches for excellent performance.
