| Amandeep murder: cop’s bail adjourned | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 27: In a bail application filed by Rakesh Kumar, Choudhary Nagar Singh and Jagar Singh, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court today summoned a copy of the challan from the Court of Principal Sessions Judge.
After hearing senior Advocate MA Goni, Advocate Ashok Parihar and MA Bhat appearing for the petitioners and senior Advocate Sunil Sethi appearing for the respondents, Justice Sunil Hali summoned the record and adjourned the case for tomorrow.
Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi appearing for the respondents stated that he does not want to file objections and would rely on the objections filed by him before the Court below. Meanwhile, Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu JR Kotwal adjourned the bail application of suspended/ arrested police officers.
