Several cases solved at Jammu, Udhampur, Ramnagar

Jammu, Oct 29: On fourth day of Mega Lok Adalat Week, the benches of Mega Lok Adalats constituted for the settlement cases, The Bench No 1 comprised by YP Bourney CJM Jammu and Arti Mohan Munsif Jammu took up 10 cases and settled all the cases, Bench No 2 was comprised by Rajesh Sekri Additional District Judge (Bank Cases) and Sunit Gupta Excise Magistrate Jammu, this Bench took-up four regular and two pre-litigation cases out of which four cases were decided and an amount of Rs 6, 35, 965 was compromised. Third Bench comprising Balbir Lal Jaswal Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Jammu and Sudesh Sharma 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu took-up 22 cases and settled 20 cases, Bench No 4 comprising RN Wattal Electricity Magistrate Jammu and Pervez Iqbal, Sub-Registrar took up 169 cases and settled all the cases.
Udhampur Mega Lok-Adalat was inaugurated by Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu JR Kotwal coordinator Lok Adalat for district Udhampur and Reasi. At this occasion besides Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur Ashok Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, SSP Udhampur, Judicial Officers and Member of the BAR and representative of financial institutions and litigations attended the Mega Lok-Adalat. Three benches were constituted for disposal of the cases. 319 cases were settled by the Lok Adalt which includes 14 cases referred by different banks and pre-trial stage. Similar Lok Adalat was held at Ram Nagar also which disposed of 60 cases. JNF
