| NIAZ wants Doda on rail map | | | Early Times Report Doda Oct 29: Former minister and sitting Member Legislative Assembly Bhaderwah Constituency Mohammad Sharief Niaz has demanded to include Bhalessa area under Bhaderwah Development Authority and said that there is a lot of potential for Tourism industry in the remote and hilly area. He urged the government to issue a notification in this regard so that this area is brought under the tourism map of the state and this may be able to generate the economy as well as generate the employment opportunity for the un employed youth of the area. He was addressing public meetings at Chilly, Bagli and Champal villages of the area. While addressing a large gathering he appealed to the Prime Minister and Chairperson of UPA to connect the Bhaderwah, Doda,Kishtwar and Ramban Districts with rail link from Udhampur so that the frequent road accidents on this hilly road are avoided which will also boost the tourism in the far flung and neglected area. Niaz during his extensive tour of the area inaugurated a physiotherapy medical camp at Gandoh which was organized by a team of doctors from Jhalandher, wherein thousands of patients were treated. Niaz also distributed appointment letters to Kendryia Kastorba Vidayala and RET teachers in another function held at Gandoh. While addressing the teaching faculty he advised them to put their all efforts while discharging their duties in their respective institutions so that the children may take fruitful benefits in developing their carriers.
