Power shut down tommorrow

JAMMU, OCTOBER 29 - To carry out the routine maintenance/ preventive maintenance of 132 KV and 33 KV main and reserve bus- bar at 132 KV/ 33 KV Grid Station, Janipura and Canal, the power supply to Muthi, Udhewala, Machallian, Bohri, Bantalab, Roopnagar, New Secretariat, Sheetli, Janipur, Subashnagar and Bhalwal-1 and II shall remain affected on October 31,2009 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Receiving Station Canal, tope Sherkhania, Talab Tillo, Tarlokpur, Gomanasa, Medical, Company Bagh, Denis Gate, Parade, Satwari, Ashoknagar, Chatta, Prahaladpur and 132 KV D/C Miransahib Trabmission Line shall also remain affected on November 1,2009 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The PHE, MES installations and other essential loads shall also remain affected during the shut down.
According to Chief Engineer, EM&RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
