Jammu, Oct 30: The residents of Gura/Rajpura Mangotrian residing on either sides of nallah dividing Ward No. 28 and Ward No. 29 in a meeting have expressed their shock and anger over the continued ignoring of the area in the matter of development. As per press release the repeated requests to the concerned authorities of JMC, ERA and UEED regarding health and sanitation facilities, repair of lane and drains, street lights, covering of open nallah and also the renovation of street from Gura (Bakshi Nagar) to wards Rajpura connecting street No. 29 (Mandir Gali Rajpura Mangotrian) need immediate action. The open nallah is not only making the environment vicious but also proving a serious danger to the health of the Public.
Jugal Kishore Gupta, Rajeshwar Sharma, Rattan Lal, Puran Chand Sharma, (Retd.) Capt. Udhey Chand Sharma, Suraj Bhan Singh, Surinder Singh, Anil Kumar, Vrit Mahajan, Gitten Ram, Rajiv Dutta, Pawan Sharma, Prem Singh and Sankit Mahajan were among those who attended the meeting.
