| Simplify procedure of LoC trade: PDP | | | Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 30: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today asked the government to simplify procedure for cross LoC trade as traders from both sides of Kashmir have been facing hardship due non availability of adequate facilities. Addressing a function after launching membership drive in Poonch, party general secretary Thakur Balbir Singh stressed on the need of providing banking facilities to the traders of both sides. He further said that traders from both sides of LoC have been taking benefits of this trade and it was imperative for the government to provide all possibility facilities. Speaking on the occasion, party MLA Choudhary Zulfikar Ali demanded opening of Haji Peer-Uri road as it would facilitate residents of both Uri and Poonch. He said that more and more routes should be opened to facilitate interaction with people of different regions.
