Jammu, Oct 31: The Shrine Board Safai Karamchari Union at Katra have formulate adhoc body till the new elections are held. The decision in this regard was taken in a meeting chaired by Rajkumar Bhatia, who was elected president of adhoc body.
As per press release during the last seven years no elections were held. Bhatia in the meeting said, that as per norms of the constitutions and rules shortly.
President on the occasion asked the outgoing president Ghulam Ali and other office bearers not to represent union in any manner. He asked the outgoing president Ali to hand over all the records to adhoc body.
Among others who were present in the meeting includes Mohd Latief, Dewan Chand, Vijay Kumar Dogra, Romesh Lal, Pushpa Devi, Wahid Hussain, Ghulam Hussain, Munna, Satya Devi and others.
