Jammu, Nov 1: Mahmood Rana took over as director social welfare department, Jammu. Immediately after joining he took a brief introduction of the officers and officials of the department and further guided them to work as a team in order to bring a positive change in the lives of poor and destitute people and neglected sections of the society. Earlier he has served in various capacities which include director libraries, director consumer affairs and public distribution department.
