| 2 arrested with charas, 40 kanals cannabis destroyed | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Nov 2: Sumbal police has arrested two persons alongwith with a consignment of one Kgs of Charas which was recovered from their possession. Meanwhile Bijbihara police destroyed cannabis plantation spread over 40 Kanals.
Police said during naka checking at village Wangipora, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Sumbal, one kilogram of charas has been recovered from the possession of Abdul Samad Gojri son of Abdul Razaq and Ghulam Rasool Sofi son of Abdul Ahad Sofi residents of Sumbal. The concerned Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile in its continuous drive against drug plants plantation, Bijbehara Police destroyed cannabis plantation spread over 40 kanals of land at village Katriteng Anantnag.
