| Sikhs want probe in alleged kidnap of girl | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 2: Cairman of National Sikh Front (NSF) S Varinder Jeet Singh has accused the UPA Government and the National Conference led coalition of adopting double standards and failing to provide security to the valley Sikh. Referring to the alleged kidnapping of a Sikh girl in valley, NSF leader stated the behaviour of the government and the administration is not up to the mark as no development has been taken place until now. ‘It can be easily concluded that it is part of a conspiracy of ‘ethnic cleansing of Sikhs from Kashmir, he said and added, “the Sikh of Kashmir should not feel alone and not only the Sikhs of Jammu but the Sikhs allover the world are with them.’ He demanded from the Govt. that they should put an end to the policy of double standards which they are applying in Kashmir otherwise the results would not be good the government will blame themselves for that. He said that on one side this government is giving packages of crores of rupees to rehabilitate the Kashmiri Pandits in the valley once again and on the other side the Sikhs who bravely stood against the terror in the valley are being harassed and ignored by state and central government.
