JAMMU, NOV 3: Governor, N. N. Vohra, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed profound shock and grief over the loss of precious human lives in a tragic road accident near Kathua today. Governor, CM expressed sympathy with the bereaved families and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured. They also prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls.
