| JKNPP mourns tragic road accident | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Nov 4 Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party expressed anguish and sorrow over the death of eleven persons in tragic road accident at Kathua wherein seven members of single family lost their lives. JKNPP has strongly condemned the state government for poor management of the traffic in the state particularly on Jammu Pathankot National Highway. Daljit Singh, P.K. Ganju Vice-Presidents, Bansi Lal Sharma, Adv. Political Advisor to JKNPP, Anita Thakur, H.C. Jalmerai Adv. State General Secretary, Jagdev Singh, coordination Secretary and others Panthers Party leaders have expressed shock over the incident and conveyed their heart felt condolences to the bereaved family. JKNPP has asked the state government to pay adequate and immediate compensation to the next of kins of the bereaved family. JKNPP asked for free treatment of those injured. Anita Thakur, State General Secretary, Naresh Chib, Provincial State Secretary, Rakesh Gupta, State Secretary Young Panthers and others Panthers Party leaders visited the family of Sansar Chand and expressed heart felt condolence. The Panthers Party also demanded resignation of the Minister Incharge Transport and Traffic for the death of innocent passengers. This only proves that there is no road discipline of the traffic as the traffic men are more busy in raising revenue on the road. The government has no concern on the plight of the people.
