| Army dedicates community hall, toilet bock to GPS Kadial | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 5- Two projects taken up for construction of a community hall at village Samka and toilets with all modern facilities at Government Primary School Kadial (RS Pura) were inaugurated today. The community tall and toilet block was taken by the Miran Sahib Brigade under the aegis Tiger Division.
Speaking at the inaugural function Commander commended the exemplary bonhomie and cooperation between the Army and the locals. While highlighting various types of development projects being executed by the Army for the benefit of people of border villages, the Commander expressed his desire to the people of border villages to assist the Army in its endeavors for development of the society to further strengthen the existing bond between Army and the local populace. Amenities for the community hall in terms of water camper, lights and fans were also presented to the villagers by the Commander. The villagers expressed their gratitude to the Army for meeting their longstanding aspiration and pledged their whole hearted support to the Army in peace and war.
To commemorate the event, the Miran Sahib Brigade also organized games for children, a tea party for the villagers followed by a community feast arranged jointly by the Army and the villagers as a token of their warm appreciation for the efforts put in by the Army
