Udhampur, Nov 5: Third batch of Hajies comprising of 12 pilgrims of the district, were flagged off from Udhampur by the District Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Ajay Khajuria, today morning. The batch of pilgrims included seven male and five female pilgrims who have left Udhampur for Srinagar from where they will board in flight to Jeddah.
District administration had made arrangements for their stay at G&B Hostel, Udhampur. Warden Gujjar and Bakerwal (G&B) Hostel, Udhampur accompanied them as Liaison Officer. Earlier, the MLA Chenani-Ghordi, Krishan Chander Bhagat also visited Gujjar Hostel to wish them happy pilgrimage.
