| HC reserves order on bail applications of Choudhary brothers | | Arrested police officers bail case adjourned | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 05- The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today reserved the order on the bail application of Choudhary brothers after hearing senior Advocate MA Goni and Advocate Ashok Parihar appearing for the applicants namely Rakesh Kumar, Choudhary Nagar Singh alias Nago and Jaggar Singh at length. However, Advocate Sunil Sethi appearing for the SIT opposed the bail applications on various grounds.
Meanwhile, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu BL Bhat adjourned the bail applications of arrested/suspended police officers namely then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza and IO Satnam Singh, Sarwar Hussain Bhukahari then Ballistic Expert FSL and Raj Singh of FSL after hearing battery of lawyers for the applicants and fixed November 7, 2009 for further arguments.
