| JKNPP planning Jammu migrants’ foot march to Delhi on Nov 20 | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 7- Reiterating its party’s demand for implementation of Supreme Court directive treating Jammu migrants camping at different places in the winter capital at par with the Kashmiri migrants, senior Vice-President JKNPP S. Daljit Singh said the party is organizing a foot march of the hapless migrants to New Delhi on November 20 to press its demand . Daljit Singh said that that the living condition of the migrants of Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Udhampur, Reasi, Rajouri and Poonch of Jammu Division living in migrants camps at Belicharana, Talwara, Reasi and Sangrampur is worst. The have not received relief for months together despite the fact that Supreme Court has directed the state and central governments to provide ration and cash relief to these migrants at par with the migrants of Kashmir. He said Panthers Party always stood with them from very beginning and still is pleading their case for justice from the streets to Supreme Court. Last year party organized their march from Talwara to Jammu, which was blocked by the Katra police in which hundreds of migrants beside high office bearers of the Panthers Party were seriously injured. He asked the desirous migrants to get them selves registered with the party office at Gandhi Nagar for the proposed march to New Delhi by November 19, 2009.
