Prof. Anupma Sharma a renowned Dogri folk singer said that education and empowerment are important issues and writers, has to play an important role in this direction. She said writers need to be encouraged and felicitated. SS Anand Lehar said that humorous feelings have also succeded in highlighting the ins and outs of the society.
