| 5-day long Virart Sant Samelan begins | | |

Udhampur Nov 8 – The 5-day long Virat Sant Samelan of International Brahamrishi Mission (IBM) and Shat Chandi Maha Yagya began here today with KalashYatra which after passing through the main bazaars of city reached at Braham Rishi Bawra School.
The objective of the 5-day Samelan is to create spiritual awareness among the people and to shower treasure of Holly Scriptures to the masses suffering in contemporary era.
Shankracharya, Mahamandaleshwar and various saints including Swami Dr. Manisha Ji, Swami Keshwananda Ji, Swami Chinmaya Jyoti Ji and Swami Vishnu Priya Ji from esteemed institutions and learned preachers from IBM including India and Abroad are participating in the Samelan.
According to organizers during all the 5 days Chhat Chandi Maha Yagya will be performed every day in the premises of Brahmrishi Bawara Shanti Vidya Peeth (BBSVP) from 8am to 12pm and at 4pm to 7pm in the evenings. The condiments used in Hawan Yagya will help purify the polluted environment and to some extent help in reducing global warming besides healing up O-Zone layers in atmosphere. During course of Samelan classes on health management shall be conducted daily at 6am to7am wherein experts of Ayurveda and Yoga from Mission will teach the devotees.
