| VO produces challan against Naib Tehsildar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 9: Vigilance Organization Kashmir today produced challan against Mohammed Yousuf Itoo the then Naib Tehsildar Pahalgam in a case FIR No 12/2009 u/s 5(2) J&KPC Act Svt.2006 r/w section 161 RPC before the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anti-Corruption Kashmir.
The alleged accused was arrested on March 28, 2009 while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.2000 from one Manzoor Ahmed Dar son of Ghulam Mohammed Dar resident of Keravorah Shopian for deciding his land case pending with him.
The court has fixed the next date of hearing of the case on December 15, 2009.
