| PDP Youth wing protests against banning pre-paid mobile services | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 9- Peoples Democratic Party Youth wing Anantnag held a demonstration to protest the banning of pre- paid mobile service in Jammu and Kashmir. Leading a procession of youth workers and sympathizers from Wazir Bagh to DC Office Anantnag the youth President Bashir Assad called upon the central government to give up its discriminatory attitude towards Kashmir. Addressing the procession BashsirAssad said that the Government on one hand is promising to provide jobs but on the other hand about one lakh people have been thrown into gorge of unemployment. He said that by banning prepaid services government not only have seized the confidence but have also projected people of the state as terrorists in the world. Assad said that the communication between the administration and the public has halted and according to the government no complaints or grievances have been communicated to the administration since banning of services. “What ever we achieved since 2002 under the leadership of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed , National Conference government lost it by their mere interests” he added A memorandum was given to the deputy commissioner in protest against this decision of banning pre- paid services.
