JAMMU, NOV 9: The Governor’s Secretariat in Raj Bhavan, reopened in the winter capital, here today.
The Secretariat had closed in Srinagar on Darbarmove on October 30.
The Governor, NN Vohra, went round the various wings of the Raj Bhavan Secretariat. He also inspected the upkeep of the Raj Bhavan Complex, including the gardens.
