| Pak boy lands into army custody | | |
Poonch, Oct 4 : Security forces claimed to have arrested a Pakistan national who reportedly strayed away to this side of border in Poonch sector today.
As per the defence sources, army jawans manning a forward post along Poonch sector noticed a boy moving in suspicious circumstances. He was immediately taken into custody and put to sustained interrogation.
Sources told News Agency of Kashmir that during questioning the arrested youth revealed his name as Abdul Razaq, a resident of Troti-Dharamsal village in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).
The investigation conducted so far revealed that the boy was innocent and he had unintentionally strayed into this side of border. He is likely to be handed over to the local police for further investigation. |
