Terrorists who had affected the state severly with gruesome incidents of bloodshed,terror, Kidnapping,rapes etc. are now reportedly known for thefts. The matter came into light when the people of the Budhal in Rajouri district lodged complaint against militants in the nearby Police station. In the complaint they have said that the militants stole some domestic cattle and sold them forcibly for pea-nuts. According to sources Gani Ram, Soam Raj, Romesh Lal and others of the Budhal area registered a complaint at the police station in proximately that agroup of militants stole their domestic cattle from the villagers Roapadi and Draj and sold them to a different area which lies in the vicinity of Srinagar. However the police declaimed to register matter on the pretext that the area of incident does not fall under the jurisdiction of Budhal police station. But this type of case is first of its kind which has came to the fore. According to highly placed sources, the militants are compelled to perform such activities because Pakistan has not been financing the militants outfits due to pressure built by the international community and on going peace process, in which people of Pakistan have shown great fervour. According to sources, due to completion of fencing along the LOC it is almost impossible for the ultras to make infiltration with much luggage has compelled them to thefts in order to meet out their various requirements. Its pertinent to mention here that before fencing the militants used to infiltrate with huge amounts of many given by ISI, as patronage to the militants outfits active here in state and other parts of country. But now the scenario has been changing. It’s a new challenge for the security agencies, to save the life of people along with their property from the terrorists, who can use any mean to carryout their gruesome operations
